Proper lash extension removal is important for the care of your natural lashes. Do not attempt to
remove your extensions at home. No oil, cream or steam will properly remove the extensions
without compromising your natural lashes. Attempting to remove the extensions yourself will

Our process: Our license professional will place a non-irritating cream on the area where the
adhesive Is attached to your lashes, let the cream sit for appx 10-15 min. Then the cream will
dissolve the adhesive, the artist will gently slide off the extensions with out pulling out your
natural lashes this process is not painful or damaging to the eyes or natural lashes. Following
with a deep lash wash.
