To maintain optimal aesthetics, it is advisable to schedule lash refills every 2 - 3 weeks. The
frequency of these appointments may vary based on individual aftercare practices and the
natural growth cycle of your lashes; some clients may find they require a refill after 2 weeks,
while others may extend to 3 weeks.

It is important to note that, similar to the hair on one's head, eyelashes undergo a daily shedding
process, which often goes unnoticed due to their fine and delicate nature. On average, an
individual loses approximately 1 to 5 lashes per day. When a natural lash that has an extension
falls out, a new lash will typically emerge in its place.

During a refill session, we start by prepping your lashes with a complementary lash bath. A lash
bath is an important process to keep your lashes healthy from everyday makeup, sweat, natural
oils, debris, etc. Applying new lash extensions on clean lashes promotes longer and healthier
lash retention. Any extensions that have shifted significantly up the natural lash due to growth
will be removed. Subsequently, new extensions or fans will be applied to any natural lashes that
currently lack extensions.

With proper care, lash extensions are expected to shed around the four-week mark. Therefore,
it is recommended to schedule a refill every 2 to 3 weeks to maintain a full appearance. It is
essential to remember that natural lashes typically shed at a rate of 1 to 5 per day per eye,
underscoring the importance of regular refills, which also depend on individual hair growth
cycles and aftercare.

If a refill appointment is postponed beyond four weeks, the chances are that you will have a
significant amount of extension fall out due to natural lash shedding and in result your service will be considered a full set rather than a fill appointment.
